Job Description
- Review project Specs, Scope of work and locate potential vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct bidding meetings and price negotiation.
- Evaluate technical and financial proposals.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and payment conditions.
- Prepare procurement plans and periodic reports.
- Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
- Estimate budget and scope of project
Job Requirements
- From 3 – 5 years’ Experience in construction field.
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- MS Office.
- AutoCAD.
- Primavera is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
