Contract Manager
1. Special Requirement : EPC Contract Management experience
- Experience with Aramco is preferred.
2. General Job Description
o Maintain contractual records and documentation
o Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff
o Monitor compliance with contract.
o Manage contractual Risk
o Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties and provide redlined recommendations
o Handle on-going contractual issue and change management
o Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
o Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
