- ‘Truly Creative’ is the buzz word for this person who should also have some serious signs of creative potential to be witnessed in the years ahead.
- Creative briefs are not just food for thought but food for days till the big idea is cracked and expressed in an outstanding art form.
- 6 to 8 years experience along with degree in fine arts qualification is a must.
- Must be Mac savvy and should have the ability to work closely with the Creative Director and being a team player is important.
- Apart from Advertising campaign creation, knowing how to interpret a brand identity creation brief and create distinct brand identities will be a definite plus point.
