Job Description
Proeffect Company is seeking an experienced and highly driven Line Producer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing media productions from budgeting and planning through to execution. This role is essential in ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of high-quality visual content, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage logistics, timelines, and resources with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day production operations for a variety of media projects including commercials, branded content, and digital content .
Collaborate with directors, creative teams, clients, and vendors to translate ideas into executable production plans.
Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Handle pre-production logistics such as casting, location scouting, permits, and hiring crew.
Supervise on-set production to ensure alignment with the creative vision, budget, and timeline.
Manage all post-production coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of top quality.
Anticipate and resolve production issues efficiently and professionally.
Ensure compliance with client briefs, technical standards, and brand guidelines.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Line Producer or in a similar production management role within media, advertising, or film.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale productions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning.
Deep understanding of full production workflows, including on-location and post-production environments.
Proficiency in project management and production tools/software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Prior experience in the Saudi or GCC media market is highly preferred.
