Job Description
- Responsible for follow-up of the company's administrative works.
- Responsible for follow-up and guidance of HR, IT, secretary, warehouse manager, drivers Manager, and public relations.
- Responsible for monitoring and developing the company's plans.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the company's Human Resources.
- Responsible for monitoring the organizational structure, the salary system and employees files.
- Follow up the recruitment based on the plans and the budget of recruitment.
- Follow up training plans and performance evaluation.
- Follow up the implementation of benefits for the employees.
- Implementation of the company's regulations and compliance with labor law.
- Solving employee problems and following up the exit interview of employees.
- Follow-up of social insurance and labor offices.
