- Business requirement collection / analysis / solution design
- Customer SPOC including customer satisfaction management
- Team building and management
- Maintenance OSS system include hardware and software including Linux & APP
- OSS system trouble shooting and E2E management
Job Requirements
- Good command of Linux/Solaris operating systems.
- Knowledge about Oracle database.
- Telecommunications background is preferred.
- ITI graduates are welcomed.
- Years of experience: 0-3 years. (Optional)
