Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present the available products and services in a professional and attractive manner.
- Follow up on sales processes from start to finish, including preparing offers, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Work towards achieving the monthly and annual targets set by management.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance and target achievement levels.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to offer suggestions for improving sales performance.
- Identify new opportunities for market expansion.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and continued engagement with the company.
- Provide necessary support to clients and effectively handle their inquiries and complaints.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all the products and services offered by the company, including their benefits.
- Suggest products that meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand promotional campaigns and attract customers.
- Coordinate with the operations department to ensure timely delivery of products or execution of services.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
