About the Job
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with brilliant presentation and organization skills. He or she will be the customer-centric focus with the ability to understand the company products & services and turn that into creating content that will engage customers and build brand recognition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create informative & interesting press releases, newsletters & related marketing materials
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
- Work with the marketing team and product marketing to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely matter.
- Responsible for making sure the content on the website and all media platforms are always updated, refreshed, and consistent across all platforms.
- Manage external agencies for PR communication & content creation.
