Job Description
- Providing installation, configuration, commissioning, and end-to-end troubleshooting of supplied equipment/solutions and services.
- Providing Post-Sales services and technical support for customers.
- Assisting the Pre-Sales team to understand customer requirements, scope appropriate services, and deliver service projects.
- Conduct or arrange for team training on implementation techniques, maintenance, operational procedures, or equipment used to improve the overall technology experience.
- Researching, troubleshooting, and analyzing customer hardware/software problems.
- Reviewing and acting upon daily reports of open service calls, escalating, or consulting management if required.
- Working independently or as part of a team on technically challenging projects to design, implement, and/or manage specialized support technologies and activities aimed at improving the support experience of the customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of similar previous experience in the same field/job.
- Ability to work in a team under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
