Job Description
- Obtaining all the information on materials for each project separately from the warehouse department, reviewing it and making sure that it is correct with the financial department, every two weeks and monthly.
- Obtaining information on the timetable for the supply of materials, all suppliers' forward checks, cash, supply orders and settlements for each project separately from the Procurement and Planning Department, reviewing them and ensuring their compatibility with the Finance Department every two weeks and monthly.
- Obtaining all the cost items for all projects separately, as well as the cost items for the head office, from the Finance Department, classified according to the classification agreed upon with the Finance Department, every two weeks and monthly.
