Job Description
- Develop effective media buying plans on all digital platforms.
- Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Develop reports after every digital campaign.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media platforms, and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage all social media marketing channels

Job Requirements
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices and performance marketing such as conversion, Geos..etc
- Digital marketing & social media background. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize job-related responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Must be a good knowledge of how to make paid campaigns on Facebook or snapchat or Twitter or Google AdWords.
- Holds a certification in Google AdWords preferred.
- Knowledge of media buying software.
- Ability to buy media in multiple markets
- Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.
- Worked in a marketing agency before
- Higher knowledge of Facebook and google Advertising platform.
- Good communication skills and team player spirit.
