Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the school
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/ facebook page
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Job Requirements
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
