Work independently with minimal supervision performing a variety of International customer service and inside sales related tasks. This role requires good follow as as well as strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. This role requires a person with a positive attitude that is responsive to customers while working collectively with Sales Managers and internal departments.
Acts as the point of contact for all customer questions including product availability, pricing, product returns, shipment status, and responds to all customer issues or complaints
Interacts with various departments such as Supply Chain Planning, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Marketing, Logistics, etc., to ensure customer requirements are met

Must have flexibility in work hours in order to accommodate a wide international customer base.
Experience involving customer contact and resolution of customer difficulties is essential.
Excellent communications skills and attention to detail in order processing and customer communication.
College degree is preferred, but may be waived dependent on experience
