Job Description
- Coordinates preparation and implementation of Social Media analytics and activities, special actions and non-standard activities in order to support on-going marketing targets.
- Build brand in a long-time perspective and directing Consumer traffic to the web, generating and converting leads.
- Leverage web-site contents and functional effectiveness to support AVON sales and recruitment growth.
- Support PR activation on social media channels.
- Provides comprehensive digital analysis on web site & other digital platforms to derive deeper learning and insights about the user site experience.
- Manage different social media platforms
- Lead digital projects for Egypt.
- Handle creative agency.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media best practices, for both lead generation and reach campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Very Good command of English.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
- Graphic Design & e-commerce background is an advantage.
