Job Description
- Writing e-mails, letters, reports and confidential documents as assigned
- Maintain an organized general filing system of records.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Coordination for travel including flights booking, hotels, prepares itineraries; maintains travel vouchers, records, and visa application & ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
- Attends meetings with Managing director and Chairman for MOM
- Responsible for all documents need to be signed by the COO & CEO and ensures their delivery to the concerned parties.
- Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
