About the Job
  • Set sales objectives for Mienta brand and measure performance against targets.
  • Develop seasonal sales promotions in line with key annual promotional events, and ensure proper implementation across all sales channels.
  • Scan and research the market for new sales channels to enlarge existing list of merchants and widen the distribution network.
  • Assess and increase business growth in existing sales channels
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales analysis to forecast sales targets and assist management in making well-informed business decisions
  • Manage sales process from start to finish and ensure that received orders are delivered on time
  • Work closely with the marketing dept. to develop innovative ways to raise brand awareness through various marketing activities.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure necessary stock availability prior to promotional periods.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Following up on outstanding accounts receivable and maintaining approved credit limits for individual traders in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other work assigned by direct manager in accordance with company policies
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • From 15 to 20 years of experience preferably in the sector of home electric appliances 
  • Adequate use of the English language
  • Excellent leadership, management and negotiation skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
