Job Description
- To Coordinate and support in day to day partner operation and Key Accounts across all regions.
- Work with OSN internal departments in the task related to promoters’ salaries and commission.
- Manage all partner depots (opening & closing)
- Assist and contribute to the area achievement of assigned monthly NS and TST targets.
- Control and manage a number of tasks assigned by the Partner Manager and make sure that all tasks are achieved in a timely fashion.
- Gather information from the ground that can help us all bring in better solutions.
- Ensure the learnings from the market reach various functional departments in OSN so they can help us improve the Partner’s channel performance.
- Listen to the Partner’s needs and penciling down these needs and documenting them to further act.
- Full compliance in implementing sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring all OSN business rules are followed.
- Ensuring the success of offers and campaign related to the department.
Job Requirements
- Experience required: At least 2 years’ experience
- Allocate the resources to ensure the optimum status towards month & YTD targets
- Generate and submit daily reports on Partner sales activities to the line manager.
- Full compliance in implementing sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring all OSN business rules are followed.
