Job Description
- Sales & Representative for Medical products for hospitals, pharma and doctors (B2B & B2C).
- Evaluate their needs and promote products.
- Generating sales orders.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating contracts with potential customers. Prepare sales contracts.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Keeping accurate customer records.
- Sales deals closing strategies. How different techniques affect sales closing.
- Creativity and coming up with different plans and strategies
Job Requirements
- You should know what it takes to get leads, initiate deals, follow on with them and close the deal with different techniques. Marketing is one of the aspects needed since it will be used along with the sales cycle.
- Part of the sales are outdoors and others are based on cold calling.
- Experience in outdoor sales preferred to be in the healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a sales representative.
- Very creative and comes up with unexpected solutions to every problem.
- Solid selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Put sales strategies and closing strategies for different products that are unique in the market.
- How business transactions initiate, develop, and close.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
- Be able to follow the deals until closing it with customers.
- Proactive. Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, coaching, and mentorship.
- You are punctual and always answer emails and calls.
- Commission on reaching sales goals.
- BSc degree preferably in pharma/medicine/vet.
