- Receiving the couriers/customers/Stores issues through our support channels: ( Intercom, WhatsApp, and social media ) then solving them.
- Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue, related to the orders.
- Reviewing the pending withdrawals and approving or rejecting them.
- Payment transactions between the beneficiaries within the app.
- Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.
- Lead operational teams to achieve the targeted KPIs.
- Review the performance metrics and conduct the necessarily actions to achieve the required targets.
- Bachelor's degree. ( Fresh Graduate ).
- Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organized and team player.
- Intermediate English level.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
