Job Description

Shgardi is delivery app operating in Saudi Arabia, The job opportunity is in Cairo office ( Maadi ), where most of the roles and functions are managed from there. Which connects Couriers  with consumers, our logistics service, Through our online platforms, consumers can access a wide range of physical and digital restaurant delivery, Services.

  • Receiving the couriers/customers/Stores issues through our support channels: ( Intercom, WhatsApp, and social media ) then solving them. 
  • Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue, related to the orders. 
  • Reviewing the pending withdrawals and approving or rejecting them.                     
  • Payment transactions between the beneficiaries within the app.
  • Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.      
  • Lead operational teams to achieve the targeted KPIs.    
  • Review the performance metrics and conduct the necessarily actions to achieve the required targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. ( Fresh Graduate ).
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and team player.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Good in Microsoft Office.
