Job Description
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers and new leads.
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers
- Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors' offer conditions
- Lead qualification and handover to sales team
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Emotional intelligence: The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in relevant computer software is preferable.
- 0-3 Years of Experience
- Dynamics 365 Knowledge is a plus and preferable
