Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the center
  •  Register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
  • Verify and update patient information in the data system
  • Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
  • Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
  • Collect and receipt payments from patients at the time of treatment
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Order Center medical supplies with supervising its entry and its financial payments (Digitally )
  • Maintain a professional reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls ,Emails and whatsapp messages .
  • Maintain a professional reception area
  • Supervising other team members (Depend on the experience and other office duties)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Job Requirements

  • Females or males.
  • Presentable with a Beautiful smile representing [ A cosmetic dental Center ]
  • Rotational shifts
  • Rotational day offs
  • Flexible  timings accepting Emergency late shifts.
  • Mainly 8 working hours per day ( extra hours = Extra bonus )
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Hadayek Al zaytoun , Gesr el suiz , Roxy or around residents are preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Customer service attitude
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
