Skills And Tools:
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the center
- Register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Verify and update patient information in the data system
- Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
- Schedule patient appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
- Collect and receipt payments from patients at the time of treatment
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Order Center medical supplies with supervising its entry and its financial payments (Digitally )
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls ,Emails and whatsapp messages .
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Supervising other team members (Depend on the experience and other office duties)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.
- Females or males.
- Presentable with a Beautiful smile representing [ A cosmetic dental Center ]
- Rotational shifts
- Rotational day offs
- Flexible timings accepting Emergency late shifts.
- Mainly 8 working hours per day ( extra hours = Extra bonus )
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Hadayek Al zaytoun , Gesr el suiz , Roxy or around residents are preferred
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
