About the Role:
We’re looking for Area Sales Supervisors to lead sales teams and drive growth in the cosmetics sector. You’ll manage distributors/wholesalers, expand product availability, and ensure strong visibility in retail and beauty outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach sales reps to achieve monthly targets.
Grow distribution and open new retail/beauty accounts.
Manage trade marketing activities, promotions, and displays.
Maintain strong market coverage and monitor competitors.
Build solid relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and beauty stores.
Locations: Alexandria – Sharkeya -Qalyubia–Beheira – Mansoura- Sohag – Beni Suef – Fayoum – Assiut
Job Requirements
3–5 years FMCG sales experience (cosmetics or personal care preferred).
Proven supervisory skills and team leadership.
Strong market knowledge of your assigned governorate.
Bachelor’s degree and good good communication skills are MUST.
