Job Description
- Responsible for the configuration and implementation of new requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and IT problems.
- Analyse and ensure the reliability of the communications systems on the regular basis to provide highest level of performance, ability, and security
- Monitor infrastructure
- Track and analyse fault histories in the long-term resolution of intermittent problems
- Handles and follow-up on cases opened with equipment suppliers
- Receive inquiries from different teams regarding current or planned projects and takes appropriates action to resolve problems or plan for upgrades, On-call in case of emergency
Job Requirements
- Computer Engineering / Computer Science Degree.
- General IT and Telecommunication Background.
- Language Skills: Very Good English (oral/written).
- Communication Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work well through others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date.
