Job Description
- The job incumbent is responsible for ensuring the availability of a competent talent pipeline that meets the current and future business requirements. This shall be achieved by analyzing the current talent pool, future talent requirements, and identify talent gaps, and accordingly recommends and implements talent interventions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive generalist HR experience, of which; at least 6 years in the manufacturing industry; preferably Oil & Gas or/and Petrochemicals.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent English language literacy
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office)
