Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
· Provide knowledgeable answers to the customers' inquiries.
· Find appropriate solutions to questions and problems received.
· Be in communication with partners at destination.
· Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Perform the necessary & right action on systems and tools in order to fulfill the customer request properly.
· Collect and analyze customer feedback
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customer.
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Familiarity with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
