Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and improve efficiency in the production of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and other hotel/restaurant appliances. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or industrial engineering, with a focus on production line optimization, cost reduction, and quality assurance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs while maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all products meet industry and safety standards. 
• Oversee machinery and tooling used in production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. 
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to transition new products from prototype to full-scale production. 
• Assist in scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets. 
• Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to occupational health and safety regulations. 
• Work with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and components at competitive prices. 
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies. 
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to drive operational excellence.
