Skills And Tools:
- Ensure the successful management of all the phases defined in the project management life cycle (initiation, planning, monitoring & controlling and closure) to implement the relevant system within the determined timeline and budgets.
- Successfully liaise with multidisciplinary teams, manage communication between the client and the company and ensure effective monitoring and integration of the project execution life cycle phases (analysis, development, configuration, prototype,uat, training and go-live).
- Deliver efficient solutions that are aligned with the program strategy and policies.
- Comply with all the performance measures defined for the projects.
- Support other tasks or projects accordingly to the program’s global strategy and needs at specific phases.
- University degree in it, healthcare or management
- Project management certification - mandatory (pmp® is preferred)
- Relevant project management experience (5-7 years), within the healthcare it industry, with proven emr implementation experience 3 years.
- Experience dealing with change management
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced speaking and writing English skills (mandatory). Good speaking Arabic skills (preferred)
- Advanced computer skills with independent Microsoft project, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio experience
- Experience using jira and bmc is preferred
- Knowledge in joint commission certification is preferred
- Availability and independent skills to travel by car in the region. High sense of responsibility while commuting from site to site, as a
- Driver (when needed), with the project team
- Total availability and flexibility to work on-site according to program needs and aptitude to work in clinical settings
