About the Job
  • Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales.
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with efficient and smooth transaction experience.
  • Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
  • Have responsibility for all sales, operations and oversees activities across the sales team.
  • Recruit qualified and experienced sales team, train and develop them.
  • Setting targets for the team and leading them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales and adjust their performance to achieve the required target .
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate time management skills.
  • Target oriented.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent command of English & computer programs.
