Job Description
- Planning and organizing production schedules .
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Technicians, workers etc.).
- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Reduce cost, increase efficiency, improve OEE.
- Experienced in lean manufacturing, six sigma and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production/Mechanical Engineering
- 10 to 15 years experience at Production field with at least 1 year in the same position.
- Highly recommended who has the background of paper , printing and stationary manufacturing.
- Preferably having knowledge in Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
