Job Description
- Design and process marry up jigs for minibus, coach and city buses used in Egypt and India.
- Design multi model welding jigs and roofs frames.
- Design mechanisms and fixtures required for the welding production line.
- Handle and loading equipment, gantry crane, jig crane, worker stands, frame stands and jigs stands
- Design 3D templates required to revise the frames while production process.
- Revise engineering drawings and report all feedbacks.
- Simulate stresses and loading, weights calculating.
- Provide any technical support required in the production process, sheet metal folding and unfolding using solid works and engineering software’s.
- Carry out additional tasks as required by the job and as directed by line management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree of Engineering preferable production
- 0-3 Years of Experience
- Good technical background,
