Job Description
The role involves processing customer registrationa pplications for a timely and compliant onboarding experience.
- Ensure support to sales organizations including retailers for quicker customer acquisition.
- Process new activation documents for both DigitalSignature and Digital Sealing services
- Ensure document compliance and actively identify frauds
- Retailer and doc pick-up partner management for effective training on document screening
- Support TERM requirements as per need.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Working Experience in Microsoft office.
- Previous experience in Retail, banks and customer care is preferable.
- Good verbal \ written communication skills
- Very Good English
Required skills:
- Quick thinking to take immediate steps to fix burning issues and challenges in a time-bound manner.
- Ability to work with partner teams to get deliveries done or respond responsibly and provide support to other functions.
- Should be able to influence and get the buy-in of the cluster sales team on decisions
