Job Description

The role involves processing customer registrationa pplications for a timely and compliant onboarding experience.

  • Ensure support to sales organizations including retailers for quicker customer acquisition.
  • Process new activation documents for both DigitalSignature and Digital Sealing services
  • Ensure document compliance and actively identify frauds
  • Retailer and doc pick-up partner management for effective training on document screening
  • Support TERM requirements as per need.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Working Experience in Microsoft office.
  • Previous experience in Retail, banks and customer care is preferable.
  • Good verbal \ written communication skills
  • Very Good English

Required skills:

  • Quick thinking to take immediate steps to fix burning issues and challenges in a time-bound manner.
  • Ability to work with partner teams to get deliveries done or respond responsibly and provide support to other functions.
  • Should be able to influence and get the buy-in of the cluster sales team on decisions
