Job Description
- Handle retraining requests for all we retail
- Handle the request of privilege regarding the application
- Communicates all the info to the sales employees
- The focal point for the sales department regarding mobile services
- The focal point for the sales department regarding the ADSL services
- The focal point for the sales department regarding the Fixed-line services
- Responsible for the knowledge base regarding the sales team (Retail)
- Responsible for the training of the newcomers
- Responsible for Q-System (installation, problems, and reports)
- Ticketing system support
- Make sure that the application in the new branches are up and running
- Focal point with the marketing team to communicate the new offers and products.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- 0-2 years of experience
