Job Description
- Daily Reporting to the sales and marketing manager through mail.
- Duties include assisting with marketing and promotion campaigns using the full marketing tools.
- It's also involves responding to customer queries, providing sales support to our Sales team, preparing reports.
- Updating our website and Customer database and some general administration.
- Marketing and sales coordinator is finding ways to generate consumer interests in order to increase the employer’s profits.
- The position involves attention to both sales and marketing efforts.
- Marketing and Sales coordinators typically works full time in an office environment.
- Traveling outside Cairo to prepare and attend the professional business conferences and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 Experience.
- Bachelor “Biomedical Engineer, Dentist, Media” or equivalent
- English fluency is compulsory.
- Proficiency using MS Office is compulsory "Word, Excel, Power point".
- performing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Keeps all promotional materials ready once requested from sales team.
- Checking the inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Supports sales staff by providing all sales data, phone calls to assign direct sales appointment for all sales team.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
