Design, manage and monitor the effective compliance to the hospital policies and procedures
Builds, and monitors implementation and effectiveness of the hospital’s Quality Management and Improvement System.
Convenes regular meetings, sets agendas, develops and analyzes performance improvement data for the council, designs and implements the necessary Quality Council processes and systems, develops and implements an hospital-wide communication plan.
Researches and designs appropriate hospital-wide performance and quality training
Manage the reporting cycle and investigation of occurrence variance reports.
Support and lead the adoption of international healthcare quality standards.
Implements performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on the hospital’s operations.
Coordinates different quality and performance initiatives to ensure alignment and optimal use of resources.
Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system.
Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts.
Coordinates the Quality Council.
More than 5 years
Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or dentist.
Postgraduate studies in quality is a must.
Experience in the same position or supervision level in healthcare is a must.
