Job Description
- Answer patients' inquiries by phone
- Booking the doctors appointment for the patients, apologizing and coordinating other times for patients in case of a doctor’s apology
- Complete and certify companies documents for companies patients
- Use the patient's electronic distribution device to arrange patient entrance
- Enter data after the clinics are over, daily basis
- Help patients by directing them to end their hospital procedures and process
