Job Description

  • Prepare technical offers, including compliance sheets and technical submittals.
  • Keep an open channel with suppliers in order to update and seek for certificates and components data sheets.
  • Create a central and smart database for all technical offers; keep it up to date for reference and future use, at all times.
  • Study projects requirements and issue shop drawings, when needed.
  • Prepare installations budget / quotations as per shop drawings released.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Department on quantity and description of the raw materials required for installation operations, in line with payments received and recognized from clients.
  • review MIR’s & IR’s and any document related to handing over installed projects.
  • Ensure regular visits to be done on sites, occasionally & upon need, make sure to be present on site.
  • Prepare BOQ’s for required raw materials, needed for regular installations use per Project.
  • Ensure a constant and a solid relation / communication with Sales & Specifications teams, checking selection of items on projects and ensuring compliance of these selections with project budget, in order to secure approval by Consultants.
  • Develop strategic plans and high-level corporate relationships with the key decision makers, internally & externally.
  • Assist sales/technical teams to close sales opportunities, as well as proactively generate new business opportunities, when possible.
  • Develop and grow lighting technical know-how, tools, database & network; be able to deliver technical presentations and introduce company’s services, if needed.
  • Ensure continuous research and studies on new and potential suppliers.
  • Prepare a periodic Business plan for team members, sharing it with them and following up on implementation day by day.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of Experience in Construction / Engineering / building materials supplying; in addition to technical submittals preparations and project based operations.
  • Good Leadership skills enabling managing, training, coaching and developing people’s work and abilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering software such as: AUTOCAD, Dialux, MS Project / Primavera, etc…
  • LEED GA, PMP certifications are a plus.
  • Good team player and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
  • Excellent Organization Skills in terms of organizing oneself and organizing the work of teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, deadlines and high demands from clients and consultants.
  • Possess the ability and the talent to recognize new opportunities and to advise on process improvement when needed.
  • Excellent English language both verbal and written.
  • Highly presentable.
