Job Description
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
- Provide guidance, direction and assistance in the resolution of customer issues, presales team and sales team.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plan
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly-
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their company's relationship with them job requirements
- Makes ongoing field visits to the area in order to find opportunities for sales, gathering market and customer information.
- Help in the design of custom-made products.
- Report periodically on the status and progress of his/her activities and achievements to his/her direct manager.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of work.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager.
- Comply with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any other related documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or architecture is a MUST.
- Prior experience with B2B sales and Mega projects is a must.
- 4 to 7 years of Experience in sales/ technical office or relevant fields preferably with exposure to lighting
- Knowledge of engineering software such as: AUTOCAD, Dialux, etc…
- Good team player and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
