Responsibilities:

• Set social media plans upon clients' objectives and online market research
• Organize and assign tasks to the executive teams
• Supervise social media/e-commerce teams in plans execution
• Liaise between our social media and e-commerce departments to grant maximum return on ads spend (ROAS) to our clients
• Identify winning products for each client according to the media buying department reports
• Act upon the website's insights to adjust and enhance action plan
• Use Crowd Analyzer to monitor and listen to what people say about our clients and competitors all over the web, and communicate your conclusion to the client to act accordingly
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
