Job Description
- Receive the tender brochures from the distribution companies to determine the company's classes and prepare the financial offer for them to fulfill all conditions for delivery to the distribution companies again after review and approval from the cost management.
- Preparing supply orders within the specified time, with a maximum of 3-4 official working days, to avoid delays and prevent fines that cost the company.
- Follow up the implementation of supply orders sent to and from distribution companies until they are delivered to the authorities as soon as possible
- Create quotations from the company by following up with the chief of costs and the head of the financial sector
- External follow up with the distribution companies with visits and coordination with them
- Coordination with the factory to supply hospital goods
- Follow-up with the registration department to prepare registration notices, pricing, and matches for items and analysis certificates and everything related to tender management
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Vet or Science.
- 4 to 7 years of work experience
- Good communication skills.
- Good Leadership skills.
