Job Description
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) for medical positions
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on their performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics for medical industry
- Implement new sourcing methods for medical positions
- Research and choose job advertising options for medical positions
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future medical hiring needs
- Participate in medical job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Job Requirements
- Work Experience : ( 3 - 5 ) years experience In (medical position or medical representative , plus preferred to have Experience in medical recruitment )
- Strong background in Recruitment Process
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like LinkedIn , wuzzuf , Bayt )
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BSc in Pharmacy , Medicine , veterinary medicine , Dentistry
- HR Certified (Diploma , MBA , .. etc.)
