Job Description
- Managing client & team relationships as the link between client's interests & team requirements.
- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods.
- Formats, Edit & Present Reports to the clients.
- Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes & Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- ROI, Perform cost-benefit and Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems.
- Present findings, solutions, and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
- Meet with clients regularly to report on gaps, strategies and project progress.
- Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
