Job Description
- Record and analyze customer complaints in order to prepare daily analysis reports to be presented to the
- Follow up on the implementation on the corrective action set during the customer complaint meeting to ensure lower complaint percentage.
- Conduct quality circles and awareness session to concerned parties.
- Issue and analyze the ICC – Internal Customer Complaints, set action and follow up on implementation.
- Review customer complaints against order documents to make sure that the complaint is valid.
- Conduct customer visits when needed with the concerned sales employee and to provide technical guidance and support in their production process.
- Follow up on the returned goods process with all concerned departments to ensure that goods are segregated and the complaint cycle is approved.
- Prepare reports regarding status of returned goods and submit to management
Job Requirements
- BSC Science, Pharmacy or Agriculture .
- Technical Background.
- 3 to 5 years experience in paper and function of the corrugating process.
- Experience in corrugated technical common problems and remedies
- Good Analytical Skills
- Experience in handling customer complaints process
