Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Strategic partnership: Building Center of excellence for data, analytics, financials, insights and commercial Technology for North Africa. Overall delivers data, analytics, and insights to the organization to inform decisions. Provides lead and lag metrics to drive accountability and validate/optimize strategies and execution.
  • Establishment of GSK-CH E-Commerce platform: invent Customer and shopper connection through building LOC E-Commerce channel strategy with alignment with area Commex team and involvement of sales & marketing & finance stakeholders to set the direction for customer and shopper endorsement inline with area strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centre of excellence for data, insights and commercial Technology for North Africa. Overall delivers dashboards, reports and insights to the organization to inform decisions.
  • Provide lead and lag metrics to drive accountability and validate/optimize strategies and ensure excellence of execution across commercial organization.
  • Supply commercial team (Sales & Expert & Marketing) with all business dashboards, reports and KPI monitoring to ensure efficient deployment and utilization of resources to maximize the ROI for commercial activation.
  • Invent Customer and shopper connection through building LOC E-Commerce channel strategy with alignment with area Commex team and involvement of sales & marketing & finance stakeholders to set the direction for customer and shopper endorsement inline with area strategy .
  • Ensure understanding of shopper behaviors & market dynamics and trends to deliver innovative solutions & strengthen customer and shopper connection.
  • Member LOC digital council to ensure business progress with in GSK -CH marketing strategy and ensure business compliance with GSK values and expectations.
  • Accountable for Analytics, insights and systems to support GSK business across categories, brands , trade channels and key customers and distributes.
  • Has a growth mindset and high learning agility.
  • Understand and abide by GSK policies and procedures, conducts Management Monitoring.
  • Use our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions, role models values and expectations.

Job Requirements

  • University bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • 5 years analytics and commercial technology business partnership experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Previous experience/knowledge in Commercial Analytics, Commercial Systems, Commercial effectiveness and digital capability management.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Financial acumen skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding / experience.
  • Strong Digital and E-Commerce experience.
