Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Executive position at mobyserv is a senior level sales role responsible for qualifying, selling and closing revenue from net new prospects. This is a pure hunter role and only candidates with a documented history of selling enterprise-level deals will be considered. The Enterprise Sales Executive will have a direct impact on the sustained growth of mobyserv, as we evolve our business to include additional product lines and will be compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities

Sales Coverage

  • Generating business opportunities and running sales strategies through to closure of the sale.
  • Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.

Account Planning

  • Assists in planning sales strategy; aligns tactical account plans with overall corporate strategy, actively develops and manages geography business plans to meet revenue goals/quotas.

Pipeline Management

  • Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long-term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.

Strategic sales planning & implementation

  • Orchestrates the development of strategic sales plans that reflect our business strategy, to advance market share/penetration, and achieve profitable growth.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • You have a shown ability to sell solutions to mid-large size enterprise accounts with a minimum of 4 years sales experience.
  • You bring a proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability with experience in closing large deals.
  • You have excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors in addition to excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • You are a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and bring a daring, hunter type mentality.
  • Minimum 3 years selling network security / MDM solutions, products and services. (Educations / Banking will be a plus)

Education and Experience Required

  • Directly related management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively sales goals.
  • University or Bachelor’s degree.
