About the Job
- Will be responsible for managing individuals supporting the year end process and ensure they are working effectively to deliver the information within the outlined timescales
- Will take hands on approach to ensuring all information and reports and produced accurately and to deadline and work on behalf of the Finance Manager to ensure that processes are improved and streamlined.
- Will be responsible for all management accounting functions including production of monthly management accounts for all cost centers.
- Producing all required reports; (Monthly balance sheet, Monthly forecasts, all reporting to Top Management, financial results and cash flow forecasts, production of cost center and company budgets.
- To run the reporting process and develop the systems and procedures as well as best practice methodology.
- To manage and develop the provision of a comprehensive accounting service to cost canter managers which facilitates the decision making process related to business direction.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the computerized accounting package, and recommending improvements as required.
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts; budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation and developments of management and financial reports, as well as the production of annual reports; implementation and review of new internal financial controls and proceed
- Implement and oversee the ERP
- To control all documents imported and exported to the Accounting Department, and to ensure its accuracy and validity.
- To audit documents and endorse them before being recorded in the relevant accounts.
- To supervise on documents recording in the relevant accounts and according to the applied computer systems based on the endorsed accounting course.
