Job Description
- Perform review meetings with the sales department for opportunity assessment.
- Assist with sizing and design guidance for fully software solutions including (Microsoft “office365, Azure” and endpoint Security “Kaspersky, Symantec”)
- Communicate with customers and account manager for opportunity handling.
- Communicate with the customer for clarification and education.
- Handover the awarded project to project management and implementation teams.
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- Assessing opportunities through attending customers’ meetings to gather all information & requirements then analyze the information to confirm the availability of business opportunities.
- Support in achieving the Company’s sales target through contribution to various sales and technical activities.
- Determine budget availability through gathering customer’s requirements, provide a technical solution with the budget to the sales team then validate the solution and the budget with the customer.
- Provide the sales team with the required deliverables (Technical offer, financial offer, budget offer, educational presentation…etc.) then attend customer meetings with the sales team to close the deal or set the expected closing date.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent pre-sales technical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Consolidate & ensure integration of all opportunity’s deliverables (Technical & financial offers) to meet customer requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Help the customer to prepare the required RFP.
- Report to presales manager
