Job Description
Job Purpose
- Overseeing the Sales team to ensure a smooth processes that leads to achieving Sales targets, objectives and KPIs through assuring the full alignment with the Organization policies & objective, while focusing on Business Development Activities in order to increase efficiency & effectiveness of the Sales function.
Job Duties
- Develops and implements sales strategy through the definition of medium and long term objectives.
- Evaluates new opportunities and sales channels.
- Analyze and forecast sales opportunities as well as marketing activities for efficiency evaluation.
- Leads the development of Sales activities in all channels (wholesales, retail, key accounts etc.)
- Evaluates contracts conditions and incentives scheme for different channels and control its proper implementation and execution.
- Ensures business development of modern trade channels.
- Ensure timely payment for the Goods, follow credit terms and resolve or facilitate the problem solving of non-timely payment.
- Utilizes the available resources (human, financial, assets etc.) for most effective territory development (return on investments, team efficiency)

- Ideal candidate must have a Solid experience in Senior Managerial position within commercial organization more than 10 years.

Language Skills
- Fluent command of both written and spoken English.
Computer Skills
- Familiar with ERP System (Preferable Microsoft Dynamics – Axapta)
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office package.
