Job Description

  • Support coverage over multiple software products lines – principally in ECM solution.
  • Exhibiting and driving customer focused requirements to provide a relevant solution to the reporting technical team.
  • Maintaining ownership of complex software solution issues, debugging to product and component/configuration level.
  • Being the principle cornerstone at center of all communications between all relevant teams as part of support investigations.
  • Provide IT technical support for local and remote users.
  • Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software and LAN infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
  • Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
  • Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
  • Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
  • Act as the first line of support for security applications including VPN & Antivirus.
  • Ability to understand the engineering processes, principles, methods, and techniques
  • using technologies such as ASP.NET Web Forms, WebAPI, JQuery and Angular (Optional)

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Previous experience in SQL Server Database is a must.
  • IIS Administration is a must.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & its methodologies.
  • 2 to 8 years’ experience in technical support.
  • Experience in general development practices such as writing unit tests, writing API documentation and following standards guidelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner with limited direction and guidance.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Critical thinking, attention to details, and strong problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to successfully work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • The ability to analyze, design and document software applications.
  • Ability to use Design Patterns, object oriented development, and frameworks.
  • Proper administrative knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • CCNA / MCSA / MCITP /A+ / ITIL foundation.
