Job Description
- Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects
- Handling customers demand
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Facilitating the process of buying a property by making a comparison between different projects
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
- Help the client find the property that best suits their needs and budget.
- Create a daily performance report and send it to the Sales Manager and Team Leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 Years of Experience in a similar role, in the real estate
- Excellent communication skills
- Both genders are welcome.
- Presentable
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in new capital real estate sales is a plus
