Job Description
- Evaluating, developing, and maintaining marketing strategy of the company in line with company objectives.
- Evaluating market updates and identifying potential new customers.
- Coordinate with advertising agency to develop short term/long term advertising plan.
- Developing marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, major events, and marketing campaigns.
- Building brand awareness.
- Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan to subordinates and concerned departments.
- Evaluating competitors, and modify company plans and strategies accordingly.
- Handling social media, public relation.
Job Requirements
- MBA is preferred
- Experience +7 years, 3 of which are in the real estate field
- Experience in Digital marketing, preferably in Real estate field
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels including digital marketing
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget management skills and proficiency
- Professional Judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
